As you know, Melissa and I are expecting our first child in February. Last year we heard the song, "A baby changes everything" by Faith Hill. It sits a little closer to home this year. It is a beautiful song about what Mary was going through by having her son Jesus. God bless you and Merry Christmas!

School Christmas Party

Tonight we had our school Christmas Party. It was a lot of fun. The party was at Mr. Mike Zoellers house. This is a picture of him and the ornament that he received playing "Dirty Santa". It is a snow woman with a dress on. Pretty cute! Only one week left of school before the break. The semester has gone by so quickly.

Finally got the Internet

Melissa and I have finally got the internet at home. We hope to start loading pictures soon and definitely will whenever Josiah gets here.

Out on the town!

Melissa and I enjoyed a nice date at CiCi's Pizza and then some coffee at Java Brewing Company. The Java in Middletown is really nice. We are excited about putting up our Christmas tree tomorrow. Christmas is almost here.

Friday at Panera Bread

It is Friday afternoon and I am sitting in a Panera Bread sipping on some hot chocolate. This was a good week at school but I am always looking forward to the weekend. In about 3 months and 1 week I am going to be a DAD. I can't believe it! The time has gone by so quickly. It has been a fun adventure so far. I am sure the months ahead will be challenging. I am up for the challenge.

Learning how to attach a picture

Since I am new at this stuff I am trying to teach myself how to upload pictures and videos. I hope this site will be good for my friends and family to view pictures and video footage of little Josiah. Here is my first attempt to add a picture to a post. This is obviously a picture of the arch in St. Louis. We were there last year visiting friends. We love to travel together.

I am at a Math PD today. We are learning a lot of great things to use in our class. Gotta get back to work.

First time ever!

This is my first time ever blogging. I am looking forward to sharing my family's life on this blog. We are excited about our new adventures. We just moved into our house two weeks ago and Lord willing we will be having a child in February. We are also apart of a launch team for a church plant that begins this Sunday.
